Collect, record, and deposit all rent and fee payments
Pay all invoices
Maintain a complete set of accounting records
Prepare routine financial statements for owners, including current rent roll and delinquencies
Prepare annual reports for tax preparations
Prepare 1099 documentation for all contractors
Maintain relationships with insurance agents, accountants, and attorneys
Work with the owner/association to create annual budget for the property
