Troy Gerspacher, CCIM and president of the Gerspacher Real Estate Group, represented Bullseye Activewear in the purchase of 2947 Industrial Parkway. Bullseye Activewear Inc. was founded in 1992 and was originally named Bullseye Silkscreen. At that time, the company primarily produced screen printed garments. Changes in the corporate world made relaxed dress codes more acceptable and popular. With that change came a large increase in requests for embroidered garments. In addition to embroidery and screen printed garments, their customers were also asking for assistance in supplying them with unique promotional items. The changing marketplace and the customers' growing interest made it obvious that they had to add these specialties to their product mix.
