James Gerspacher, CCIM of the Gerspacher Real Estate Group has facilitated the sale of his own building at 113-115 West Liberty Street in downtown Medina. The building had been the home of Gerspacher Real Estate for the past thirteen years.
The new owner of the building is A Cupcake a Day, a gourmet cupcake business. After extentive remodeling, there will be a grand opening later this year. A Cupcake a Day makes all of its cupcakes from scratch. They plan to have evening and weekend hours to accomodate their customers.
Gerspacher Real Estate Group has relocated to 5164 Normandy Park Drive, Suite 285, near the I-71/SR-18 interchange.
