James Gerspacher negotiated the purchase of 1030 Seville Road in Wadsworth Ohio by Towpath Holdings. Towpath Holdings is an umbrella over Warwick Motor Carriers, Warwick Hauling, Select Stock Supply Center, and Warwick Sales and Service Inc. Their new facility is a 28,200 square foot building on 2.68 acres andd puts the company close to the interstate. They bring forty-two employees with them to the new site, and plan to hire at least fourteen new employees once settled into this facility.
